Our 9th annual silent auction of Haitian art, held in Granville on May 6
and 7, raised $12,000! Thanks to everyone who helped--setting up,
taking down, managing the party, donating items, playing music, managing
the sales. Every year it seems more people are willing to help.
And thanks to all of you who purchased art.
You can still
see photos of the artworks. As usual, all proceeds
support improved health and education for the people of Haiti through
the work Healing Art Missions.
Once again, we had a wonderful time--the art auction helps us raise a
lot of money for our Haiti projects, but it is also a great time to be
with friends, listen to music, and enjoy the wonderful food that so many
contribute.
